2013 Season Summary:
Our Crusaders boys had a great season, sharing many highlights and good times, unfortunately they could not pull through when it mattered most. A great early start to the season with winning the crusader challenge, ended in a poor showing in the second half of the season. The coaches would like to thank each and every player for their efforts on and off the field to make this season what it was. You all represented our school well.
The Holy Cross boys finished off their season last night, but unfortunately it was not in the manor they had hoped to do so. The boys faced a strong regi side and went down early with on a penalty shot. This early deficit proved devastating and the boys never recovered conceding two more goals in the course of the game. A great effort boys.
The boys took on the Ernestown Eagles today to see who would advance on to the Semi Finals of playoff action. The game was hard fought and a tremendous performance from the Crusader boys allowed them to walk away with the victory with a scoreline of 4-0. Another outstanding goaltending performance by rookie netminder Mitchell Barr and a goal by Nate Kellar. The boys move on to face Regi on Friday here at home.

Highlights included a hat trick from Nick Gallagher and a phenomenal debut performance from defender Jeremy Pendergast who scored two beautiful goals and almost added a third late in the game. The boys hope to add to this performance on Friday against the always challenging Lasalle Black Knights.
