The Human Resources Department supports student learning in our faith-based system through the establishment and implementation of innovative human resources solutions that are aligned with the Board's strategic goals.

The department provides leadership and support to the Board in a variety of areas including labour and employee relations, negotiations and collective agreement administration, recruitment and staffing, policy development, collection and maintenance of employee documents and personnel files, disability management and return to work, professional development and legislative compliance.

Pastoral References - Teaching staff are asked to complete a Pastoral Reference Form. This document will be required with all new teaching applications. This document will be uploaded to Apply to Education.
