Congratulations to Tatem Dawson, a Grade 12 student at Holy Cross Catholic Secondary School for signing on to the Trent University Women's Rugby Team.

On April 17, Dawson was joined by representatives from Trent University for the official signing on to the Rugby team for Fall 2024.

Dawson currently plays rugby for Holy Cross and the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union. In the Fall, she will attend Trent to play rugby, but also study chemical engineering.

“I couldn't have done this all without the support from my friends, family and coaches," Dawson said at the signing.

Dawson's family, friends and coaches were present for the signing and she says she looks forward to having the support of a team when studying at university.
