February 05, 2016

Students watching webinar with Chris Hadfield

Schools across Canada were invited to join a virtual classroom conversation with Chris Hadfield, a retired Canadian astronaut who was the first Canadian to walk in space.

Students of all grades at Archbishop O'Sullivan Catholic School had the opportunity to listen to a question and answer session with Chris Hadfield. The questions had been submitted from students all across Canada.

The discussion included everything about space exploration, the surprising impact of space travel on physical mental illness and Chris Hadfield's favourite parts of his experiences in space.

Archbishop O'Sullivan students are excited about the possibility of Skyping with Chris Hadfield in the future.
