Register now for Summer Mindfulness Learning Sessions

Students entering Grades 3-8 are being offered an opportunity to register for our Virtual Summer Mindfulness Learning Sessions that are based on the MindUp curriculum.

The MindUp curriculum is designed to teach students the skills and knowledge that they need to:

  • Regulate stress and emotion
  • Form positive relationships with peers and adults
  • Act with kindness and compassion

Summer Mindfulness Learning sessions consist of six 1-hour synchronous learning sessions being offered twice weekly for 3 weeks.

Register for the series by Friday, July 8, 2022. Limited spots available.

July 12 & 13
Grades 3-5 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. both days
Grades 6-8 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. both days

July 19 & 20
Grades 3-5 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. both days
Grades 6-8 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. both days

July 26 & 27
Grades 3-5 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. both days
Grades 6-8 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. both days
