As detailed within the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board Multi-Year Strategic Plan, we are excited to launch, and begin implementing the ALCDSB Equity Plan 2020-2024. This plan reflects our strong commitment to Equity and Well-Being, and will be a formative guide for promoting a culture of equity within the ALCDSB.

The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board ensures that students, parents, staff, and community partners are part of faith-filled learning environments that reflect and promote our Catholic Social Teachings.  Our board commits to explicitly improving the work we do in service of our community members and to remove barriers that might affect their experiences in our schools and work sites.  The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board Equity Plan outlines our key priorities in the work we will do to reach our intended goals.  We are very proud to present this plan and look forward to the evolution of our work in service of Catholic education.
