KFL&A Public Health Vaccine Booking open for children 5-11.

KFL&A Public Health's online vaccine clinic booking tool is open to book appointments for children 5 to 11 years of age (born 2016 or earlier). As COVID-19 cases continue to rise in the region and with the holiday season approaching, getting everyone fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is more important than ever. Booking through KFL&A Public Health's online tool offers the fastest access to available local clinic appointments. The provincial booking system will not show appointments in the KFL&A region.

β€’ Parents or caregivers of children 5 to 11 years of age can schedule their first vaccination appointments by visiting: kflaph.ca/vaccine or call: 343-477-0172 (call centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Please do not call KFL&A Public Health's main line to book an appointment.
β€’ Please do not bring your child to a COVID-19 vaccine clinic without an appointment. Vaccines will only be given to children who have an appointment. We appreciate your cooperation to help ensure local vaccine clinics can operate efficiently and effectively.

Vaccine appointments for children 5 to11 years of age are available to patients of participating health care providers. If your child is a patient of a clinic listed below, please contact the health care provider directly to book an appointment.
