Auditions for Beauty and the Beast begin this Tuesday. Grade 4-8 students will be auditioning from 11:20-12:00 for the next 2 weeks - make sure to check your date and time on the bulletin board outside the Staff Room. Auditions for students in Grade 3 will take place once grade 4-8 auditions are finished. Listen to the announcements for me details to come. *Note - Grade 3 students are auditioning only for a role in the Chorus (villagers/servants) Audition notes: -Script and song must be memorized -Students will sing to the instrumental version -We will help students if they are unsure when to start singing "Gaston" (singing starts at about 36seconds) -If you are having difficulty downloading the music files you can search youtube (you might even get some ideas for how to deliver the song with expression) - The following Youtube clip shows how the song can be sung higher if you find it too low. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XnLDwWR_2Q​
