OYAP Graduates

Congratulations on your graduation from high school! As you prepare to leave high school, if you are continuing your apprenticeship or starting a new one, Skilled Trades Ontario will become a primary contact and resource for you.

In particular, if you have an active registered training agreement (RTA) at the time of leaving school, you must promptly contact Skilled Trades Ontario, whether you are continuing your apprenticeship with the same sponsor, continuing with a new sponsor, or no longer continuing your apprenticeship.

If you do not have an active registered training agreement (RTA) at the time of leaving school but will be hired as an apprentice shortly after, you must also contact Skilled Trades Ontario.
