This year, as part of our summer school programming for the 2024-2025 school year, and in partnership with EF Educational Tours, we are once again making the Grade 10 Civics and Careers Travel for Credit course available to current grade 9 secondary school students across the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board.
Enrolling in this Travel for Credit course allows students to earn academic credit through a blend of traditional online learning and experiential learning. Students will complete part of their summer school learning remotely and continue instruction while traveling under the supervision of a teacher hired by the board.
Students and families can register for an information session on Monday, Dec 2 at 6:30 p.m. The session will be offered in person at ALCDSB board office in Napanee or virtually.
