P.A. days are professional activity and professional development opportunities for all school staff to engage in and learn. There are seven P.A. days throughout the 2023/24 school year, approximately once a month. To view the school year calendar, click here.

The focus for October 27 is:
ALCDSB teachers will focus on supporting student improvement in mathematics using high impact instructional approaches and effective digital tools. Kindergarten teams will continue to develop their capacity to identify children at risk for reading difficulties and determine skills to target for instructional support. Educational Assistants will complete job specific training in Occupational Health and Safety. All other staff will do three mandatory modules: Slips, Trips and Falls, Sabrina's Law and Ryan's Law.
