​​​​​​​Holy Cross offers an exceptional variety of courses and programs for students to benefit from.

  • The Arts Department is a leader in arts education being the first in the Kingston community to produce major musicals such as "Les Mis" and "Phantom of the Opera"

  • The Technological Education Department teaches leading edge technology, from 3D printing to live video streaming to computer numeric controlled woodworking equipment 

  • Cooperative Education allows students to earn secondary school credits while completing a work placement

  • Dual Credit ​programs allow students, while they are still in secondary school, to take college or apprenticeship courses that count towards both the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and a postsecondary certificate, diploma, degree or a Certificate of Apprenticeship.

  • Life Skills teach Community living skills in all grades and in a number of program areas. For the younger student, community awareness is emphasized through excursions in the community. For the older student, community living experiences can be provided through consumer studies​

  • The Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), allows students to begin training for a career in the skilled trades and gain on-the-job training and experience in an apprenticeship in a skilled trade while earning credits towards the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)​

  • The Specialist High Skills Major program allows students to focus on a career path that matches their skills and interests while meeting the requirements of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
