St Joseph Parish CHRISTMAS EVE PAGEANT If your child is age 4 or older, and would like to participate in this year's Nativity pageant at the 5:15 p.m. Christmas Eve Mass at St. Joseph's Parish, 392 Palace Road, please plan to attend practices at the church on Sunday, 10 and 17 December 2017, after the

11:00 a.m. Mass, as the pageant participants will be practising with the Christmas choir at that time.  The pageant is narrated, and therefore the children do not have speaking roles; so even the shiest can participate.  Older students are encouraged to take part as we always need readers for Narrator, Lector and Prayer of the Faithful.  All are welcome!

The Santa Shuffle: Our Catholic School Council is looking to make a team to represent our school at the Santa Shuffle and Elf Walk (5km)

Change in time for Remembrance Day: Due to conflict with Grade 7/8 immunization program we need to move our Remembrance Day Observation from the morning of November 9^th to the afternoon.  It will now begin at 1:10 Thursday November 9^th.

Professional Development Day:  Tomorrow October 27^th is a professional development day and there are no classes for students. The focus for all professional development in all schools in the Board is Spirituality and Faith Development.
