On Wednesday, May 15th SMB held a kick-off assembly for this year's Jump Rope For Heart Event, which takes place on Friday, June 7th. The assembly, which was facilitated by the Heart and Stroke Foundation, enlightened our students about the need to keep our hearts in good health as well as the benefits of exercise and healthy eating.
