Napanee, ON - As we wrap up our 25th year the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) is excited to unveil a timeline wall of achievements, and commemorative video, celebrating 25 years of Excellence in Catholic Education.
Located at the front entrance of the Board office in Napanee, the wall highlights significant events in the Board’s 25-year history, since amalgamation in 1998.
“We wanted to mark this milestone in a way that both honours our history and celebrates our achievements and accomplishments as a Catholic Learning community”, said Jessica Salmon, Manager of Strategic Communications for the ALCDSB.
In addition to celebrating our achievements with the creation of a timeline wall and commemorative video, the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic Education (ALCE) Foundation is happy to announce the project raised $425.00 for families most in need.
“The ALCDSB has been dedicated to improving the lives of those in need for a quarter of a century, and we couldn't have done it without the support of our staff, students, families, community partners and parishes”, said Leila Nasr-Sharifi, Chair of the ALCE Foundation.
