RND Cross Country

Cross country runners, great first run yesterday. Be sure to pick up a letter and sign up for our first meet outside the Phys-Ed office. Try and get in a long/easy run over the weekend. For those who couldn’t make Thursday, be sure to bring your participation form to practice with you on Monday where we continue our Fitness, Fun, Friends and Fresh Air motto at practice after school.
