Summer Strength and Conditioning

Anyone interested in joining RND’s first summer strength and condition program is asked to sign up by paying $20 online. Starting July 5, we will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in July and August from 10am until noon in the RND weight room. No experience is required - please see Mr. or Mrs. Morgenstern with any questions.
