Mental Health Week - May 5 - 10, 2025

May 03, 2024

TW - FB - CMHA-MHW2024.pngThe ALCDSB will be participating in Mental Health Week from May 5-10, 2024.

This year’s theme is centered on the healing power of compassion.

Being kind and compassionate to ourselves and others helps to nourish relationships and contributes to positive mental health.

We all have the capacity to be compassionate, and we know that doing so can make an enormous difference. We emphasize that kindness is equally intrinsic to our humanity.

"Because compassion connects us all."
