Local Leaders and Community Partners come together to create Anti-Racist Campaign

ALCDSB is pleased to be a community partner with The Anti-Racism Working Group (ARTF), a task force established to address increasing occurrences of racist incidents within the Kingston area.

The anti-racist campaign has been created to address racism in the region by focusing on individuals’ experiences with racism and how community members can respond.

The SHINE Club is Seeking Racialized BIPOC Volunteer Facilitators

The SHINE Club is seeking racialized BIPOC individuals who self-identity as; Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Colour, to serve as volunteer facilitators and to work with racialized BIPOC children within ALCDSB schools and children/youth serving organizations in the Trenton, Belleville and Kingston regions.

Minister of Education visits ALCDSB Ready, Set, School Program

The ALCDSB Applied Behaviour Analysis Team welcomed the Honourable Todd Smith, Minister of Education, school board trustees and members of the senior team to St. Michael Catholic School this week to learn about the Board’s the Ready, Set, School Program.

Board Approves 2024/2025 Budget

On June 18, 2024 the Board of Trustees approved an operating revenue budget and a capital budget for the 2024/2025 school year.
