​Our Lady of Fatima students were overjoyed to host Belleville Senators hockey players Matt Wedman (#20), Jarid Lukosevicius (#18) and mascot Belly Wednesday afternoon.

The players shared their experiences with students on playing in the NHL/AHL, hosted a Q&A and signed autographs as part of the Hockey Club's “Sens at School" program.

Each student participant went home with an activity book which highlights messaging about sportsmanship, friendship and helping others and the importance of community.

The 'Sens in School' Program is running for the duration of the 2022-2023 hockey season in schools across the Hastings and Prince Edward region.​
