Immunization Clinic at Nicholson Catholic College, Feb. 7

Re: HPEPH Partnering with Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board to Offer COVID-19 Immunization Clinics

With students returning to in-person learning on January 17, 2022 and the prevalence of Omicron in the community, getting everyone fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is more important than ever. Hastings Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH) is offering COVID-19 vaccination clinics at a school near you for the following groups:

  • Students (5 years of age and older)
  • Family members of students (5 years of age and older)
  • School transportation staff
  • School staff

HPEPH walk-in clinics for these groups will be held at the following location:

Nicholson Catholic College (301 Church St., Belleville)

2 to 6 p.m.

Vaccination is the best way to protect yourself and those you care about from COVID-19. Please get vaccinated or get your booster as soon as you are eligible. The COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.

​Children and youth between the ages of 5 and 11 are only eligible to receive the pediatric Pfizer vaccine. Individuals between the ages of 12 and 29 are only eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Individuals attending these clinics who are aged 30 and older will receive the Moderna vaccine.

Please note that at least 8 weeks should have passed between first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccines. Individuals seeking third dose or booster vaccines must meet the eligibility criteria.
