Elementary Cardboard Boat Races

​For over 20 years, Skills Ontario has been hosting Cardboard Boat Races across Ontario, testing student’s ability to build a floating structure that will outperform all others in speed and weight challenges.

On January 29, elementary students from across ALCDSB had the opportunity to complete in the cardboard boat races at the Quinte Wellness Centre.

Congratulations to one of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School team for advancing to the provincial championships held in Belleville in March.
