bring at least 5 copies of schedule and the rules
make your presence known to all coaches - via an introduction
large chart to record results for all to see
keep running tally of +/- as you go as well as regular results
2 small charts to record results at scorers tables
post Code of Conduct beside schedule of tournament for all to see
pens/pencils
a couple of whistles
2 flip charts if possible (ask someone from another school to bring one)
8 students to help score and line courts
monitor washrooms, upstairs, hallway
get your 8 students to clean up after the tournament
send an email with results to Paul Couture the day of the tournament so that results can be posted on the AASSOC web site.
