     Daily videos posted to address questions from families, including supports for speech and motor activities, read and sing alongs, and wellness tips!

  • Sleep Support: Sleep On
    Is a Canadian public health campaign to provide information about the importance of sleep to maintain good health, demystify sleep difficulties, and offer solutions. They have organized a number of new references related to managing sleep difficulties during the COVID19 pandemic, such as fine tuning your sleep habits and encouraging children’s healthy sleep.
