ALCDSB Return to School Plan

Please read our Return to Learning Plan - September 2021 for the latest information and updates for the upcoming school year.

Secondary schools will be running on a quadmester schedule for the 2021-2022 school year to ensure adequate cohorting of students. Cohorting is one of several precautionary measures being taken by ALCDSB toward keeping all members of our Catholic learning communities safe and healthy. This measure also assists our local Public Health units in contact tracing in the event a COVID-19 case is found in a school.

ALCDSB would like to thank all families and staff for their patience and understanding during this time. Information is constantly evolving and we are committed to providing our community with up-to-date information as it becomes available.

All updates can be found on this website, school websites, and through ALCDSB social media platforms.

Please also see the joint Statement of Support from Local Medical Officers of Health Regarding the Return to School from the the Medical Officers of Health from Hastings Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH) and Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington Public Health (KFLAPH).
