​Stretch is a Saturday morning program for students who are currently attending ALCDSB schools in Grades 7 or 8. 

The program goals are to:   1. Improve healthy living habits, 2. Enhance reading, writing and math skills, 3. Develop self-esteem and mental wellness, 4. Having fun with friends.

Activities may include sports, art, drama, gaming and other hands-on activities.  Programs will operate Saturday mornings from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.  There is no cost for this program.  Kingston sites include:  St. Francis of Assisi, Mother Teresa and St. Marguerite Bourgeoys.

At this time, we are asking parents to Pre-Register their children in order to measure interest.  This pre-registration process will last until November 8, 2019 at which time we will determine if there is sufficient interest to begin a class.  Only if we move forward with a class will you be contacted with the start date.
