Reminders to help you complete the survey: 

Please complete the survey for each Kindergarten to Grade 8 student in your household. You’ll need your child’s ALCDSB login information to complete the survey. This is the same login information they used for remote learning (here’s what to do if you don’t remember it). 

The survey is voluntary. You can choose not to participate. You can also skip questions you don’t want to answer.
