​​​Holy Name Catholic School have partnered with C.C.Farms again this year for a holiday fundraiser.  All profits will be used towards Holy Name Catholic School Improvement Plan.

The family-run company has been producing fresh handmade evergreen Christmas products since 1997.  We specialize in fresh wreaths and planters, made to order.

Their wreaths are made with a base of greens, spruce, white cedar and pine and decorated with either sumac or Ontario Holly.  The wreaths come in two Sizes: Small are 20" for $25 and Large are 24" for $30.

The planters are made in a plastic two-gallon pot and fit well into urns.  They come with a variety of spruce, white cedar, white pine, and red pine and are decorated with sumac, ilex, and dogwood. Planter is $30.

Everything is cut and made fresh and will stay green outside until Spring.

Please feel welcome to buy for family & friends a wonderful holiday arrangement!  If you choose to purchase for others, you will be responsible for payment and pick-up.
