Today we offer gratitude and prayers for those who have sacrificed on our behalf so that we may live in peace today. We offer a special thank you to Major Justin Behiels and Major Ray Vanderberg for making our Remembrance Day Assembly more meaningful by sharing their knowledge, experience, and WWII items with us. We also thank Mr. Griffin and the Gr. 6 class for leading our assembly today. Thank you to Ms. Bogle who has organized an incredible display on our front foyer, which is full of family memorabilia related to conflicts around the world. Thank you to all those families who are allowing us to borrow their items to share with our school community. Lastly, thank you to the group of senior students who represented SMB well and travelled with Ms Wimmer to the Kingston Remebrance Day Ceremony today at the Cataraqui Cemetery.
