Virtual ABA Skills Development Program

ALCDSB is excited to be able to offer after-school virtual group opportunities between January - June 2022 through the ABA Skills Development Program available for students in Grades K-12 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The form below will serve as the application to the program and we ask that parents/guardians select one of the three groups to sign your child/youth up for.

We are offering the following group opportunities:

Emotional Regulation: will focus on the following skills: accepting no, identifying and expressing feelings, using coping strategies, mindfulness, and perspective taking.

The Circles Curriculum: will focus on teaching different types of relationships and social boundaries.

PEERS Curriculum (Grades 7-12): a social skills curriculum that will aim to teach teens how to make and keep friends.
