End Season with National Championship

"Hershey Centre,
Missisauga, May 1, 2005 - For the fourth time in four years
the RND Co-ed Cheerleading team came home with National
Cheerleading Championship cup and banner! This rounds
out the number of consecutive wins to a nice even 20, which
represents the five undefeated seasons the Panthers have
enjoyed.
With a score of 492 out of a possible 600, RND has secured
the victory in their division but has also outscored all the
other teams in other school divisions. The next
highest score of 477 was posted by Cardinal Newman HS of
Scarborough and White Oaks Secondary of Oakville, each in
the large all-girl level 3 division. RND beat a
talented St. Mary's (Woodstock) team who placed 2nd in their
large co-ed level 3 division. In addition to their
goal to win 20 in a row, Regi placed a priority to be the
best team on and off the floor. The team continues to
represent RND with grace and outstanding
sportsmanship."

Dynasty Continues 03.08.05
The RND Co-ed
Cheerleaders captured theri 4th consecutive KASSAA title on
the weekend at the Queen's Bartlett Gym. Out of a score of a
possible 400 our team earned 345.5. It's the Panthers 5th
consecutive Regionals title. The Garnet and Gold will
compete next at the Provincial Championships April 16 &
17.
