Baseball Playoffs Continue 05.25.09
The RND Panther baseball team continues to pursue the KASSAA Championship today/Monday at Megaffin stadium at 3:30. Their opposition will be the Lasalle Black Knights in a semi-final showdown. The improving Panthers are looking to build on their recent success. Panther fans should head down to Megaffin to support the Garnet and Gold.

Baseball Quarter-Final Victory 05.21.09
In a real team effort the RND Panthers defeated the Eagles of Ernestown in KASSAA Quarter-Final action this afternoon at Megaffin field. Trailing 1- 0 in the fifth, baserunners on third and second with two out, Jonathan De Los Santos cracked a two run double to deep left to push the Panthers in to a lead they never relinquished. Timely hitting saw RND score three more times. Combined with the quality pitching of Adam Bernicky and Jesse Gratton the Panthers seem to be peaking just in time for playoff success.

Panther Baseball on Historic Grounds 04.28.09
The RND Panther baseball team traveled to Cooperstown, New York on the weekend and squared off versus Holy Cross on Abner Doubleday field. The field and the Baseball Hall of Fame were the setting for a great weekend of baseball and team building as RND opened their season with a 7 - 6 win. After falling behind early, steady pitching and timely hitting saw the Panthers battle back for bragging rights on the same field where the games first pitches were thrown. Check out the baseball web pages for a full team roster and pictures from the weekend.
