Friday Football at the Ridge 10.14.12
The RND Senior Panther Football team exhibited a good ground game led by FB Liam Brand. The home Bayridge squad also faced a solid defence led by LBJake Hulton and DHB Tyler Ling as RND posted a 21 - 0 win on the turf at the Caraco Home Field. RND Scorers: FG Nick Carriere, Single Nick Carriere, 2nd half. FG Carriere, 4th quarter TD Liam Brand convert Carrierre, TD Jake Hunton on Interception return. Convert Carriere.
Panthers Prevail versus Eagles 09.20.12
The Panther protected their home field with pride against a strong Ernestown Eagles team. Creating 6 turnovers, the RND defenders gave their squad just enough field position for the offence to scrap together 2 long range field goals by Nick Carriere. Long drives by the offense were negated by penalities or untimely turnovers. While the defense is already in playoff form, the offense is just starting to gel.
September 2012 - Tryouts
Regiopolis-Notre Dame Student-Athletes return to school on Tuesday, September 4. RND coaches will be prepared for the upcoming KASSAA Fall Sports season on day one with information about sign-up meetings and tryout sessions available through: Hallway Posters, Morning Announcements and Postings on the RND Scoreboard web site.

All RND Student-Athletes must complete and submit to a RND Teacher Coach a Student Athlete Participation Form before participating in any tryout session. These forms can be downloaded and printed (Click Here) for careful completion before the first tryout session.

Student Accident Insurance
The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board does not provide any accidental death, disability, dismemberments medical/dental expenses insurance on behalf of the students participating on school teams. To cover any potential medical or dental costs, parents are encouraged to consider purchasing the Student Accident Insurance Plan made available by Regiopolis-Notre Dame at the beginning and throughout the school year. Participation is voluntary and costs are to be paid by the parent or guardian. This insurance will provide coverage for school activities as well as activities outside of the school day.
