Quite a Day for RND 10.27.11
The Panthers concluded their regular season with a well played 38-17 home court win over the visiting Frontenac Falcons. RND high scorers were Kallysta Deodato with 11points and Holly Kinstler's 5 points.
Regular Season Winding Down on Tuesday 10.24.11
Building off the momentum from a successful weekend tournament the improving Panthers took their game to Napanee. A convincing 40 - 13 win was paced by the scoring of Kallysta Deodato and Bailey Robertson who each had 8 points.
Success on a Soaken Day 10.20.11
The Junior Girls pulled away from the Lasalle Black Knights in the second half on their way to a 31 - 20. RND High Scorers: Laura Lefebvre - 7; Abbey Joy - 5.

Up north the Garnet & Gold Panthers downed the Green and White Panthers 46 - 12 with a trio of high scorers: Bailey Robertson 6, Katie Balfour 6, Kallysta Deodato 6.

Turkey on the Weekend - Eagles to Start the Week 10.11.11
The Panthers hosted the Ernestown Eagles on the hardwood of the CND gym at RND. Bailey Roberton's 10 points lead the Panthers offensively on their way to a 37 - 13 victory.
A Light Schedule on Thursday 10.06.11
The Panthers headed up Division St. to meet up with the Raiders of QECVI. The Garnet & Gold girls scored a convincing 46-17 victory. RND high scorers: Kallysta Deodato - 9; Mackenzie Curran - 8.
Busy Tuesday Inside and Outside, Home and Away 10.04.11
The Panthers hosted the Lancers in the CND gym and broke out to a commanding lead. RND High Scorers: Bailey Robertson-7 and Kallysta Deodato-7 powered the Panthers to a 34-12 win.
Old Town - Old Time Rivalry 09.22.11
When RND matches up against KCVI two of Canada's oldest high schools extend a very competitive and historic rivalry. New season, new uniforms, a newly refinished playing surface were all in place when a large number of new players took to the floor of the CND gym this afternoon. The Junior Panthers lead by seven at half and weathered a couple of short runs by the KC Blues. Capturing their second KASSAA victory the Panthers bested the Blues 31 - 24 lead by the scoring of Kallysta Deodato - 10; Laura Lefebvre - 8.

In a back and forth affair the Panthers came from behind to defeat the Blazers at Bayridge 28-25.

September 2011 - Tryouts
Regiopolis-Notre Dame Student-Athletes return to school on Tuesday, September 6. RND coaches will be prepared for the upcoming KASSAA Fall Sports season on day one with information about sign-up meetings and tryout sessions available through: Hallway Posters, Morning Announcements and Postings on the RND Scoreboard web site.

All RND Student-Athletes must complete and submit to a RND Teacher Coach a Student Athlete Participation Form before participating in any tryout session. These forms can be downloaded and printed (Click Here) for careful completion before the first tryout session.

Student Accident Insurace
The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board does not provide any accidental death, disability, dismemberments medical/dental expenses insurance on behalf of the students participating on school teams. To cover any potential medical or dental costs, parents are encouraged to consider purchasing the Student Accident Insurance Plan made available by Regiopolis-Notre Dame at the beginning and throughout the school year. Participation is voluntary and costs are to be paid by the parent or guardian. This insurance will provide coverage for school activities as well as activities outside of the school day.
