* On Mondays the RND teams (Basketball or Volleyball) that will be hosting KASSAA games on Tuesday will practice in the CND Gym in preparation for their home games.
* On Wednesdays the RND teams (Basketball or Volleyball) that will be hosting KASSAA games on Thursday will practice in the CND Gym in preparation for their home games.
