HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER'S STONE

Comparing the book to the movie

I liked the book better than the movie because in the movie had alot of parts that I liked other than Mr. dursly's day at work. Most of the characters matched my image of them. The movie din't have one of the importent parts. When Harry gets a flute and when harry wins the second ouidditch match.
What I liked the best about the movie was when Harry,Ron and Hermione get past Fluffy, free themselves from the Devils Snare, catch a certain key that will fit the door. When they fight their way across a giant chessboard and when Harry fights Quirrel and Lord Voldmort. I also enjoyed the Quidditch game and the Mirror of Erised. When Harry was talking to Wood was also good.
What disappointed me was that Pevees was not mentioned and that they cut out the potions trial when they were going to save the stone. I also disliked that cut out the second quidditch match.
This movie is about a boy who is sent to his evil aunt and uncle because his parents were killed. He goes to a school of witchcraft and wizardry. Harry also plays quidditch and makes friends and with his two best friends save the philosopher's stone from the darkest wizard ever, Voldmort.
