The newest album, Beatles 1, is a compilation of Number 1 hits in the UK & US.
I first heard them when I was 5 when I was helping my dad he played it. Some how or other I 'stole' them and there you have it.
When I got my first guitar at 7, I was eager to play Beatles songs. But it was acoustic so some of my favorite albums were MTV Unplugged CDs.
At Christmas time I received a SD Godin Electric Guitar. It seemed all the dreams I had have been answered. I quickly learned techniques for the electric.
Now the Beatles songs I always wanted to play are my favorites. So as of current state, I'm rocking the riffs, chords and solos.
