****NOTE****
- two 12 minute halves with a 2 minute half time break
-last minute of game is stop time if difference is less then or equal to eight points
-two minute warm up between games maximum  

For Junior Tournaments only man-to-man defense is permitted in the defensive zone.
Offensive zone presses will still be permitted as well as double teaming but not in the defensive zone in junior tournaments.
