This is a reminder that the attached Oral Health School Screening Notification should be included in the school newsletter 10 business days preceding the scheduled screening date. This insert provides notification to parents about the oral health school screening. It also explains that parents who do not wish to have their child screened are required to advise the school, in writing, each school year before the scheduled screening date. Therefore, if parents have not received this notification, the screening program will have to be rescheduled.
