ALCDSB offers pre-registration online for all incoming kindergarten students. This application will take approximately 15 minutes.
After you complete this form, you will still need to call the school to complete the registration.

What if I Don't have a Birth Certificate for my Child?
If you have recently applied for a birth certificate, but do not have it at the time you enrol your child, schools may accept the following as temporary proof of age until the original birth certificate is received by you:
Letter signed by the child's doctor, on the Doctor's letterhead, confirming the date of birth of your child.
Copy of completed application for child's Birth Certificate.
Registered mail or courier receipt as confirmation that the Birth Certificate application has been submitted to the Office of the Registrar General.
