Bully Awareness - Message#1
November 14, 2016
Bullying awareness week started in 2002. The goal of this annual event is to increase awareness about preventing bullying and promoting healthy relationships. Bullying can affect people in their schools, work places, communities and online. Bullying creates fear and threatens the safety and well being of individuals, families and society as a whole. When bullying happens, all of us suffer. This week we challenge you to help us eliminate bullying by working together to create healthy and respectful relationships. We also encourage you to help us build our pink wall in the front foyer by adding positive pink post-it notes filled with inclusive, kind and respectful messages about others in our school community.
