Thanks to a $500 dollar grant from our local Kingston Health Unit, our school was able to purchase some new balls for our gym equipment room. The deal was that we had to do something active at the school to get the grant, so today we hosted a Bounce-A-Thon in which our classes went to the gym to particpate in physical activity by keeping balls bouncing throughout the school day.
