Developing young children’s early math skills is extremely important for their future school and life success (Duncan et al., 2007; Jordan et al., 2009; Romano et al., 2010). However, professionals and parents alike often lack the knowledge and skills they need to maximize early math learning. The Math Knowledge Network (MKN), the Queen’s Faculty of Education, and the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario (AECEO) are pleased to help sponsor the Maximizing Early Math Learning Conference, a one-day professional development (PD) event for early childhood educators, teachers, administrators, and parents, hosted at Queen’s University (Kingston, ON) on August 12th, 2019.
The subsidized cost of the Maximizing Early Math Learning Conference is $50 (which includes a light breakfast and lunch).
