We are a Catholic School system, called to work in partnership with home, parish and community, on our journey to understand and live the way of Jesus Christ. We are committed to excellence in Catholic education and to lifelong learning, so that those with whom we journey may become caring and contributing citizens in a world of constant challenge.
Our Catholic faith is made visible in all subject areas through the infusion of Catholic Social Teachings, virtues and gospel values into daily learning experiences. The Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations guide the learning journey for all students.

Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations
At École catholique Cathédrale We will celebrate each of the seasons of the Church as a school community by gathering in prayer (staff /school/parent community) and in the work that we do and will actively display our faith by reaching out and helping people in need in our local community and globally. The value of Religious and Family Life Education will be understood by all partners and reflected in distinct programs and courses. All students and staff will demonstrate a deeper understanding of the Catholic Graduate Expectations as they are integrated into all curriculum and the life of the school.
We will use the CGEs written in a way we can understand and translated by us into French as daily goals in the morning announcements.
We will incorporate Equity and Inclusive Education policies into the practices and cultures of the school to understand, welcome and accommodate the cultural, social and racial distinctiveness of all our students, staff and community members.
